Winnow Tender Desk is a procurement-opportunity research product for Nigerian SMEs. We monitor official procurement sources and turn scattered notices into a weekly shortlist with an XLSX tracker, PDF brief, deadline calendar, readiness checklist, and corrections notice when needed.

• Scores measure practical fit and source confidence only. They do not predict award likelihood.
• We do not guarantee contract awards, eligibility, procuring-entity response, or business outcomes.
• Third-party sites are discovery leads only. Verification requires an official notice or official tender document.
• Initial release excludes major construction, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals/medical procurement, defence/security, and specialist statutory-licence work.

• Current Weekly Sheet: NGN 7,500, one-time purchase.
• Founding 30-Day Access: NGN 20,000, one-time purchase with manual renewal. It is not automatic recurring billing.
• Checkout uses Paystack test-mode integration until live activation. We do not receive or store full card details.
• Orders are not marked paid based only on a browser redirect. Payment requires server-side verification or a valid Paystack webhook.

You may use the deliverables inside your own organization to evaluate opportunities and prepare submissions. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the tracker as a competing data product.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
