This policy explains what data Winnowhq collects for Winnow Tender Desk, how we use it, and how to contact us. The product monitors public procurement sources and prepares verified opportunity research for Nigerian SMEs.
1. Data we collect
- Orders. We collect your name, email, company, selected tier, payment reference, and order status.
- Payment metadata. Paystack processes card/payment details. We receive payment status, amount, currency, reference, and customer email. We do not receive or store full card numbers.
- Research inputs. If you share preferred sectors or company context, we use it to prioritize the Tender Desk shortlist.
- Messages. If you email us or use site chat, we keep the correspondence to answer you.
- Analytics. If you consent, Google Analytics may collect aggregate site usage data.
2. How we use data
- to initialize and verify Paystack test transactions;
- to create order records and deliver Tender Desk files;
- to support corrections, refunds, and delivery questions;
- to improve the site and product with consent-based analytics.
3. Processors
We do not sell your data. Current processors include Paystack for payments, Resend for email, Anthropic for chat responses, Google Analytics with consent, and Vercel for hosting.
4. Procurement-source data
Tender Desk works from public official procurement notices and tender documents. Third-party sites may be used only as discovery leads. Nothing is labelled verified until traced to an official source.
5. Retention and requests
We keep order and payment records as needed for support, accounting, and fraud prevention. To request access, correction, or deletion where legally available, email editor@winnowhq.com.
