Refund Policy

This policy applies to Winnow Tender Desk one-time purchases. It forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. What is refundable
You may request a refund within 7 days if a paid Tender Desk deliverable materially fails the described standard: for example, missing files, no official-source evidence for items labelled verified, or a paid sheet that incorrectly presents development fixtures as live verified opportunities.
2. What is not guaranteed
- We do not guarantee contract awards, shortlist placement, eligibility, pricing success, or procuring-entity response.
- A tender may change or close after publication. If that happens, we issue a correction notice where we control the deliverable.
- Development fixtures and expired examples are not paid live opportunities.
3. How refunds are processed
Email editor@winnowhq.com with your order reference, payment reference, and the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original Paystack payment method when live payments are active.
