Refund Policy

Winnow stands behind the work. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on standard issues. Because the report and its companion CSV are digital deliverables that are easy to copy, the guarantee comes with a few plain conditions that keep it fair for everyone. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. The 7-day satisfaction guarantee

If a standard Issue does not meet the standard described on the site, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. “Does not meet the standard” means a material failure of the described deliverable, for example: fewer qualified threads than stated, quotes that are not attributable to a live source URL at delivery, or a missing companion CSV. It does not cover a change of mind about your own business, your strategy, or whether you ended up booking meetings, since outcomes depend on how you use the research.

2. Conditions that keep the guarantee fair

  • One refund per customer. The satisfaction guarantee can be used once per customer, lifetime.
  • Certify deletion of the deliverable. Because the CSV is the extractable core of the product, a refund requires you to confirm in writing that you have deleted the report and CSV and have not used, contacted, or retained any of the leads. Requesting a refund after putting the leads to use is not eligible.
  • No chargeback abuse. Filing a card chargeback instead of contacting us, or requesting a refund while retaining and using the data, forfeits the guarantee and may result in being barred from future orders.

3. Sector Cut and Standing Order

  • Cut + Call ($997). This tier includes bespoke, scoped work and a 30-minute editorial call. Once the call has taken place or bespoke research has begun, that portion is non-refundable. The 7-day guarantee still applies to the delivered report itself under the conditions in section 2.
  • Standing Order ($2,997 every three months). You may cancel at any time before the next cut is produced, and you will not be billed for future periods. Cuts already delivered are non-refundable once the companion CSV has been downloaded. Undelivered cuts in a paid period are refunded on a pro-rata basis.

4. If we miss the SLA

If we fail to deliver within the stated 72-hour window for a standard Issue and you no longer want the report, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the conditions above.

5. How to request a refund

Email editor@winnowhq.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
